  • New Hire CWK Saving (new% vs old%) i.e. our rate vs. previous supply chain. Contractor Workers recruited through Morson.

  • Referred CWK Saving (new% vs old%).  i.e. our charge vs. previous supply chain

  • Incumbent CWK Reduction (Previous Rate vs new rate%)  - reduced Morson incumbent workers down.

  • NV Savings (new% vs 22%)  i.e. where we were able to remove a consultant from the supply chain and replace them with our own workers. We charge new% vs. 22%
